In 2014 I had the distinct privilege of visiting Monet’s house and gardens in Giverny, France. While my interpretation doesn’t hold a candle to the master himself, it was fun to do my own version and begin to see what he saw in the still waters and colorful reflections. As a result, this piece holds a special place in my heart, and I hope you enjoy the interaction of shapes and colors as much as I enjoyed making them!
